In short

We collect only the data required to operate the service, protect accounts, process billing, and support the product.

What data we use

CBTooll uses account information you provide during sign-up or login, including email, profile name, and technical user identifiers.

If you build bots in the service, the platform stores bot configuration, workflow content, variables, system settings, technical logs, and related metadata required for editor and runtime behavior.

  • profile and authentication data
  • bot configurations and workflows
  • technical events, errors, and run logs
  • billing events and subscription state

How data is used

Data is used to provide access to the dashboard, persist projects, run workflows, protect the service, improve reliability, and support product development.

We do not publish private bot configurations openly and do not use your data for arbitrary resale.

Payments and third-party services

Payments may be handled through external providers. Payment forms, confirmations, and billing states can be processed by those providers under their own policies.

Infrastructure, authentication, and content delivery may rely on external services where required.

Retention and control

We retain data for as long as required to operate accounts, fulfill obligations, protect the platform, and investigate technical incidents.

You can remove projects, stop using the service, or rely on published contact channels once they are formalized on the contact page.
